    Quantity Surveyor Interview

    Mission 1 - Taking off Quantity

    Please make BOQ for 2 walls which will be included in Tender Documents.

    Tenderer will input their unit price and the amount shall come out automatically.

    Description for each item shall be as detail as possible.

    Wall 1

    THK 100, Length of Wall(between RC column) = 3.9m, Height (Slab to Soffit) = 3m

    Wall 2

    THK 100, Length of Wall(between RC column) = 6m, Height (Slab to Soffit) = 3m

    Mission 2 - Interim Payment Certificate

    Please make the Interim Payment Certificate for Internal Circulation and for Subcontractor

    You shall consider Given Evaluation sheet and previous IPC.

    Mission 3 - Making Letter to Subcontractor

    Attached email comes from subcontractor. They decline do specific work which are under his

    scope.

    Please make the reply letter using HKN's Format.

    You must make letter to infer from corresponding Clause Condition of Contract.

    Related Clause is CL. 4.30 and 9.3

    Mission 4 - Summary of Qty


    Attached Excel has huge amount of Doors BQ. You shall make summary sheet for Qty.

    The categories shall be "Wood Door Normal","Wood Door Firerated" "Steel Door Normal","Steel

    Door Fire Rated" , "Others".

    Summary Table shall show the Qty for each BD.
