To copy a purchase requisition into a purchase order in SAP, enter transaction code ME21N in Easy Access, input the purchase requisition number, press enter to copy the data to a new purchase order, enter the vendor number and net price, click check and save to generate a purchase order number.

In SAP Easy Access screen enter T.

CODE ME21N

In following screen enter purchase requisition no. which we are created

Press Enter.
All Maintained data of PR COPIED in to PURCHASE ORDER.
Then Enter vendor number. and net price.
Click on check button

Following message will displayed.

Then click on save button. .


PO will be saved with number.
