I would like to apply for Schengen visa to cover my intention to travel to Spain from 8th of June 2014 to 14th of
June 2014.

My purpose of travel is tourism, to see the beautiful sights and experience the cultures in Barcelona, Spain.

Please find the following documents to support my visa application enclosed herewith:

1. Application form, duly dated and signed with passport size pictures
2. Passports showing my travel experience and approved UK visa
3. Employment letter showing approved leaves and the date I am expected to return to work
4. Payslips, credit card statements, bank certificates, and statements of accounts as proof of income
5. E-ticket for my flight with British Airways for Barcelona leaving on the 8th of June 2014 and return
on the 14th of June 2014.
6. Hotel booking reservation as proof of accommodation
7. Travel insurance with benefits coverage of 30,000 Euros
