Chapter 4

The document summarizes the findings, conclusion, and recommendations of a study on a proposed Human Resource Information and Payroll System with SMS-Based Payslip and RFID Technology for Quiros Force Security Agency Inc. The current manual system causes delays and issues. The study finds that the agency needs an automated system to ease the workload and provide secure access and accurate payroll. It recommends implementing the new system to solve current problems and improve services.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter presents the summary of the study on the

conclusion derived from the data and some recommendations on

the proposed Human Resource Information and Payroll System

with SMS-Based Payslip and RFID Technology of Quiros Force

Security Agency Inc.

Summary of Findings

Based on the study made by the researchers; Quiros

Force Security Agency Inc. is really in need of a

computerized Human Resource Information and Payroll System

that will be beneficial to the agency and users. Current

system causes some delay on the employee’s payroll schedule.

Payroll preparation also put a lot burden to the payroll in-

charge because every deduction and incentives are manually

identified and computed accordingly. Pay slip preparation is

also difficult for. Company’s income and expenses are also

not well documented because no reports are made to show how

much the company earns. Companies are also not well informed

whenever guard on duty will be relieved by another guard.

Security is also compromised since the company only uses

manual system in payroll preparation.

Conclusion

The researchers then conclude that the proposed system

and the existing system have tremendous distinctions. The

lack of automated payroll and pay slip preparation causes

time wasted which could have been used for a more productive

job for the payroll in-charge. Lack of computer-generated

report also makes it difficult for the agency to monitor

their income and expenses easily. Means of communication is

also not enough to well inform the companies whenever a

guard on duty will be replaced with a new one. Lack of

security features makes the data of the company prone to

unauthorized access.

Recommendation

Based on the findings and conclusions made, the

following recommendations were provided by the researchers.

1. An automated payroll and pay slip generation will ease

the burden work for the payroll in-charge since payroll

will be automatically computed by just few clicks.

2. A computer generated income and expenses report will

benefit the company owner since income and expenses can

be easily generated and viewed using the proposed

system.

3. An SMS sending automation will solve the lack of means

of informing both the company and the current guard-on-

duty regarding the reliever.

4. A more secured information system can be provided by

the RFID technology being used for accessing the

proposed system, thus preventing unauthorized access.

Thus, the proposed Human Resource Information and

Payroll System with SMS-Based Payslip and RFID Technology of

Quiros Force Security Agency Inc. is recommended for

implementation in order to solve the current problems

encountered in the present system and to further improve the

client and employee’s satisfaction on the services provided

by the agency.
