An analysis of factors influencing customer satisfaction at Bangladeshi private commercial banks, including services offered and banks' understanding of customers' needs. 4. Findings from the study and the commercial banking perspective in Bangladesh. 5. A discussion of priority banking and special services offered to different customer levels. 6. Conclusions and recommendations for improving customer management procedures.
