    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

    WE, TERESITA PINERO AND ROLAND T. CULANAG, both of legal


    age, Filipinos, married and residents of Piapi, Dumaguete City,
    Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
    depose and state that:

    1. We are the owners-heirs of a portion of the parcel of land located at


    Piapi, Dumaguete City, with Lot No. 255-B-2-A-2, covered by
    Transfer Certificate of Title No. 21360.

    2. We have acquired the said property by virtue of succession;

    3. We hereby signify my written consent, freely, willingly and


    voluntarily to allow LORNA CADALSO CULANAG to build his
    residential house on a portion of the said parcel of land and,
    consequently, have an electric connection on his house;

    4. We will take all responsibilities and obligations arising from the


    grant of this consent to LORNA CADALSO CULANAG. Hence,
    any conflict arising between the owner(s) and/or heir(s) of the
    property, the City Government of Dumaguete and NORECO
    cannot be prejudiced thereof.

    5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts


    as to our undertaking to give consent to LORNA CADALSO
    CULANAG to support her application for Building Permit and
    Electrification Permit.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
