INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

(1) The fee for Migration Certificate is (a) Rs. 200/- up to 5 years from passing examination (b) Rs. 500/- more
than 5 years from passing examination which may be remitted by Demand Draft of the Nationalised Bank
drawn in favour of The Finance & Account Officer, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon or Cash only

along with the application form.

(2) The Fee once paid for Migration Certificate shall not be returned under any circumstances.

(3) Students are advised to ensure that the original Transference Certificate is enclosed with the application
form. The Migration Certificate will be issued on to basis of original Transference Certificate & same will not

be returned to the candidate.

(4) The Student applying for Migration Certificate are requested to attach photo copy of the Marks Statement of
last qualifying examination of this University.

(5) Migration Certificate will not be given to the candidate in person.

(6) The candidate is requested to attach the self addressed envelope in the size of 28 x 12 cm (5 x 11 Inch.) to

send a Migration Certificate.

(7) The address written on the envelope & in the Application form must be same.
