    The Department of National Defense (DND) considers your esteemed participation


    as one of the members of the DND Multi-Sector Advisory Council (DND-MSAC)
    to provide advice to the Department in the implementation of the Philippine
    Defense Transformation (PDT) Roadmap 2028.

    The PDT Roadmap 2028 is the DND’s strategic and long term organizational
    development plan with clearly defined strategic direction and set of priorities. The
    Department believes that the realization of this Roadmap cannot be achieved on its
    own. The support and cooperation from the DND’s stakeholders are needed to
    ensure that the strategies are responsive to the needs of our key constituents, the
    Filipino people.

    Attached are the three main documents of the Roadmap (DND Governance Charter,
    PDT Strategy Map and SND Governance Scorecard) for your reference.
