- Login into the


system
- Right click and
choose design
view

- Double click ‘tbBook’ to


open book record
- Run Number List Generator provided
in the installation setup to generate
large scale of book ID for ‘tbBook’
- Insert the amount of number in
‘Count To’ blank box based on how
many book that will be keyed in, then
click on
- Set it to ‘Ordered’ and Click
‘Generate!’ (Leave other in default
position)
- Once the numbers generated, Click on
‘Copy to Clipboard’

- Right click the ‘tbBook’ tab,


and choose paste the data
- A pop up will come out for
confirmation and Click ‘Yes’
- The pasted book ID will
enable pasting bundle of
data from a column in
Microsoft Excel into the
‘tbBook’ Column

- After book ID have been


keyed in, now you can
fill in book details
following its column.
- Author, DrawYear,
Category, ISBN can now
be copied from a list of
book in an excel data
sheet to the tbBook.
