The Crow and The Jar.

A thirsty crow searched the village and fields but could not find any water. It eventually discovered a jar with some water inside, but the neck was too narrow for the crow to drink from. The clever crow then began dropping stones into the jar, raising the water level until it reached the top and the crow was finally able to quench its thirst. The moral of the story is that one should not give up easily when faced with challenges and to keep trying until they succeed.

The Crow and the Jar.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon to the honourable judges, teachers and

my fellow friends. Today , I will tell you a story entitled

The Crow and the Jar.

One day, the weather was very hot. A Crow was flying here and there. It was
very thirsty.

The Crow was flying in search of water. The Crow had flown over the village
and the paddy fields but water could not be found.

The Crow never gave up. The Crow kept on searching until at last it found a
jar.

The Crow flew down to the jar. It looked inside the jar. There was some
water in it.

"How thankful, there is some water in the jar. At least, I would not die of
thirst. But the water is very shallow," said the Crow.

"How can I get the water? The neck of the jar is too long and too narrow. My
beak is too short," thought the Crow.

The Crow was thinking very hard until at last, it got an idea. The Crow flew to
get some stones.

The Crow put in stone by stone into the jar. The water in the jar began to
rise. At last, the water rose to the top of the jar.

The Crow was able to drink the water. It drank the water to quench its thirst.

That was the story of a Crow who was very patient. The Crow did not give
up. It tried its best until it succeeded.

MORAL OF THE STORY

When doing a job, we must not give up easily. If we do not succeed at first,
keep on trying sooner or later we would be rewarded.

Thank You
