Online Human Resource Management System project is used for
organizing human resource ie. Employee in any organization. This
application will look after job posting, online exam and recruitment
process. The HR manager has full control over all the module of the
application. Being an online application it can be easily accessed from
anywhere anytime. Candidates can upload their resume from their
home.

 Immediate retrieval of data: The prime objective of this application

is to provide an efficient online system for quick retrieval of
information.
 Ease of operation: The developed system must be simple in use
and design. GUI must be kept very simple.
 No data redundancy: All the common use data must be entered in
the master from. It should be access with drop down menus. There
should not be data redundancy.
 Data security: Data must be secured from unauthorized access.
Only users having valid user id and password must have access to
the data of this system.
 Accuracy and reliability: The level of accuracy and reliability in
this application must be high. System must be reliable.

friendly and efficient web project. The main objective of the system is to
maintain data about employee recruitment process, attendance, salary
and result. Human resource is most vital thing among all resources of
any organization. So HR management is the most important for growth
of any organization.
