    (Ground Floor) DESCRIPTION AREA (sqm) * Space Factor = Product (sqm)

    Outdoor Dining (Covered Area *partially walled space) 17.45 * 0.60 = 10.47

    Indoor Dining (Typical Floor *Fully Enclosed space) 70.36 * 1.00 = 70.36

    Stairs (Entrance to 2F, employees entrance, 14.20 * 1.25 = 17.75

    Toilets (Customers’, Janitor’s Closet, & lavatory) 6.80 * 2.00 = 13.60

    Covered Area (Front side) 42.85 * 0.60 = 25.71

    AHU / Mech’l. Areas (Gas tanks, AHU locations, exhaust areas) 6.00 * 0.70 = 4.20

    Kitchen (Dishwashing area, storage, kitchen) 61.80 * 1.25 = 77.25

    Stairs (Main Front) 1.40 * 1.25 = 1.75

    Lobby (Front-to-Queue) 7.00 * 1.50 = 10.50

    Mech’l. Area (Genset – Front) 4.50 * 0.70 = 3.15

    Total = 234.74 SQ.M.

    (Second Floor) AREA (sqm) * Space Factor = Product (sqm)

    Toilets (Employees’) 5.05 * 2.00 = 10.10

    Dining (Typical Floor *Fully Enclosed space) 68.60 * 1.00 = 68.60

    Bedrooms (Typical Floor *Fully Enclosed space) 34.30 * 1.00 = 34.30

    Terrace (Balconies) 30.40 * 0.35 = 10.64

    Mech’l Space/Utility Space (Water Tanks) 5.25 * 0.70 = 3.675

    Total = 127.315 SQ.M.

    Gross Total Area = 362.055 ~ say 365.00 SQ.M.
