Invitation To Bid-Kalibo and Laguindingan Airport 01.2018
1. PPPI invites interested contractors for the Design and Construction of Storage and
Loading Facility with installation of Electrical and Mechanical Appurtenances.
Delivery of the goods and services including supply of materials, labor, supervision and
equipment is required as indicated in the Bid Data Sheet of the Bidding Documents.
Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year before the date of submission and
receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The eligible bidder should be an
accredited vendor of PPPI.
5. Bid FEE. To be eligible to join in the bidding, the interested bidder should pay the non-
refundable bid fee of Php 1,000.00 on or before the bid submission date.
The bid fee can be paid at PPPI office at Phoenix Bulk Depot, Lanang, Davao City or it may
be deposited to:
Depositor is required to provide 17-character reference for the deposit. Please use the
format:

Bids must be delivered or before January 25, 2018. Participating bidder must present
original copy and photocopy of proof of bid fee payment in the form of a deposit slip or
official receipt. The original copy will be returned immediately after validation of the
photocopy.
Bids shall not be considered valid if delivered to other location different from the
address designated above.
7. The PPPI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and
to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability
to the affected bidder or bidders.
