Shield Creations Limited is an Engineering Service Company incorporated in Nigeria in July, 2012.
The aim is to redefine service delivery in Africa with excellent project delivery of world class status.
The proprietors of the organization are seasoned professionals who have previous huge experience
in multinational companies with remarkable track record of success and impacts. The objective of
Shield Creations Limited is to bring excellent service delivery to our Clients’ delight always.

Our organization seeks to provide integrated Engineering Services to each of our clients through a
responsive relationship anchored on thorough understanding of individual Client’s need for
seamless and effective solutions for efficiency and at competitive cost.

Shield Creations Limited is an Engineering Services company with distinctive competence in the
following areas; tailored to meet you specific needs.

Welding & Fabrication:

This is a core in our range of services to support organizations in meeting those challenges
associated with welding and fabrication processes. We fabricate different items based on the need of
our clients, in achieving best result we consult for clients in selecting best materials and appropriate
welding operations for different applications. We do appropriate visual and mechanical testing to
assure you of system integrity and appropriate coating operations that match the use of such
fabricated facility. Among things we fabricate include; Storage Facilities, Rafter and Trusses,
Pressure Vessels, Petroleum Products Stations, Perimeter Fencing and other applications for your
specific needs. We apply appropriate Engineering Tools to meet your specification considerations.

We also support our Clients in the welding associated maintenance work for operations reliability
and effectiveness or expansion projects. Our organization has engaged good and reliable hands to
deliver the best solutions in welding operations and applications. We operate both on-site or off-site,
just discuss your need with us.

Equipment Installations & Maintenance Support Solutions:

Our organization provides wide range of equipment installations and maintenance service solutions
to delight our Clients, these include: Power Generating Set Installation &Maintenance;
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance; Mechanical Equipment and
Machineries Installation; Electrical Installation Works and Maintenance; Construction of Electrical
Panels; Electronic & Telecommunication Equipment Installation and Maintenance of items like
ATS,AVR etc; Fibre Optic Installation; Industrial Compressor Installation & Maintenance and
Industrial Insulation works. Having known the importance and how interrelated these operations are
in industrial sector, we have assembled competent technical crew to support in providing excellent
solutions for our clients’ smooth operations. In delivering this comprehensive service, your interest

Meet our core management team:

Caleb Fagade: Head, Business Development & CEO
Caleb is a Master’s degree graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of
Gavle, Sweden. He has Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic and Lead City University
respectively. He is a member of International Institute of Welding (IIW) and National Association
of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) USA. He is also a graduate of Central Bank of Nigeria
Entrepreneurship Development Centre (CBN-EDC) and many other Entrepreneurship Development
programmes both at home and abroad. Caleb is an astute professional; he started his career with
British American Tobacco (BAT), West Africa in the year 2003, He spent over 7 years in the
capacity of Production & Maintenance Engineer giving quality contribution in the sparkling results
of the organization. During his time in the organization, BAT West Africa achieved numerous
recognitions for excellence in the BAT group globally in which Caleb actively participated in.

He carried out his Master’s degree project work with Flour Mills Nigeria Plc in 2011 in the Supply
Directorate as a Procurement Planner. He participated in the procurement planning works of major
development project of the company such as: construction of Western Mills and Golden Sugar
Refinery Projects. In 2012, Caleb teamed up with other seasoned professionals to incorporate Shield
Creations Limited where he currently serves as Head, Business Development & CEO

Adesola Oyediran: Engineering Consultant

‘Sola is a COREN Registered Engineer and a Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), He
has over 8 years of engineering experience that cut across Production Management and Engineering
Consulting. He worked at Crittal-Hope Nigeria Ltd, C &A Consulting and Power Holding Company
of Nigeria (PHCN). He has participated in implementations of different high net worth projects
which include Ingersoll Rand Compressor Plant Installation, Installation of Automatic Rectifier
Circuits, Installation of VSAT, Factory Electrical Installation projects among others.

‘Sola has a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical &
Electronic Engineering for Ladoke Akintola University, Nigeria.
He has undergone many other development training which include; Maintenance Management,
Plant Protection etc. He is a Director with Shield Creations Limited and serves as Engineering
Consultant.

Omobola Shittu: Head Consulting Services & Legal Adviser

‘Bola is qualified Lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He started his professional carrier with
KPMG Professional Services Company. He joined KPMG in 2004 and rose to become Experienced
Senior Advisor before he left in 2010 to join a leading legal firm Ikeyi and Arifayan as a Senior
Associate. Professional assignment has taking ‘Bola across different spectrum; Oil & Gas, Tax
Consultancy, Merger and Acquisition projects and general Corporate Consulting. He participated in
many major Merger and Acquisition projects both in KPMG and Ikeyi & Arifayan Lecal Services.

‘Bola is a graduate of Law from the University of Ibadan and Nigeria Law School, Kano Campus
with Second Class Upper Division; He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 from Institute of
Certified Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He co-founded of Shield Creations Limited and serves as
Head, Consulting Services and Legal Adviser. He has undergone numerous professional
developments training both in Nigeria and abroad.

‘Bolaji Tijani: Client Services Manager (Industrial Compressors)

Bolaji is a Mechanical Engineering expert of repute. He has created niche for himself in mechanical
utilities services with special interest in Industrial Compressors, Fork Lifts and Power Generating
Sets. He started his career with Seems Nigeria Limited where he worked as people and property
Enumerator for OKLNG project in Ogun State. He furthered his professional career with Tower
Extrusion (A division of Tower Aluminum where he gained experience while working as Utility
Engineer (servicing and general maintenance of Atlas Copco Air Compressor, Power Generating
Sets, and Forklift). He also worked for R.T. Briscoe Nig. Plc as service Engineer and Coordinator of
Atlas Copco department where He worked on array of projects ranging from Servicing,
Overhauling, and Installation, Commissioning and general repair of Atlas Copco Air Compressor in
workshops and clients’ sites. He recently joined Shield Creations Limited as Client Services
Manager with focus on Industrial Compressors.

Bolaji is a 2004 graduate of The Polytechnic Ibadan; He is a Member of Nigerian Association of

Technologist in Engineering (MNATE).
Lukman Adebiyi: Head, Technical Services
Lukman is an expert of repute in welding and fabrication works, He has over 20 years hands-on
experience in welding, fabrication, and industrial insulation works. He has implemented welding
projects which include Sugar Refinery, Equipment Installations, Piping Works with multinational
organization in Nigeria like; Dangote Sugar Refinery, Unilever, Rekit and Benkisser, Nestle Foods
among other numerous project.

Lukman has grade 1 Trade Test Certification with specialization in Welding and Fabrication. He co-
founded Ramrahim Nigeria Limited a Welding and Fabrication Company, the organization has
remarkable high net worth projects in its portfolio with Rekit and Benkisser, Unilever, Nestle Foods,
Frigoglass among others. Ramrahim Nigeria Limited is into strategic partnership with Shield
Creations Limited that results in Lukman joining us as Head, Technical Services.

Muphtau Adisa-Adedeji: Specialist, Structural Welding

Muphtau had over 18 years with Dorman Long Nigeria a subsidiary of Dorman Long UK. He has
wide range of exposure in structural welding and piping works. He actively participated in the
construction works of many industrial companies in Nigeria; Nigeria Breweries, Niger Bridge,
National Airports, Nigeria Port Authority among others. He also had great exposure in oil and gas
fabrication works while in Dorman Long.

Muphtau graduated from Petroleum Training Institute Efunrun now Petroleum Development
University in Welding Technology, He has undergone many technical training progammes in
Dorman Long Training Institute in United Kingdom. He joins Shield Creations Limited as
Specialist, Structural Welding to support our ambition to maximize enormous welding and
fabrication potential in Nigeria industrial space.

Isiaka Bashiru:
Isiaka is a Computer Science graduate; he has over 7 years hands-on experience in
telecommunication companies which include; Mobitel Telcoms Ltd and Direct on PC Ltd as NOC
Engineer and Hub Network Engineer respectively. He participated in different network optimization
projects.
Isiaka graduated from The polytechnic, Ibadan with Upper Credit and as overall best student in the
department, he also got some professional certifications to his credit; CCNP, CAIT, CASO, CASS,
JNICIA-ER, JNICIA-EX, CCNA. He is the Head, Telecommunication Projects for Shield Creations
Limited.
