n Lap/Shoulder Seat Belts Use only mild soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or cleaning solvents.
Make sure the belt is completely dry before allowing it to retract.
All five seating positions are equipped with lap/shoulder seat belts with emergency

for the duration of the trip. Slouching and leaning reduce the effectiveness of the
belt and can increase the chance of serious injury in a crash.
2. Never place the shoulder part of a lap/shoulder seat belt under your arm or
behind your back. This could cause very serious injuries in a crash.
3. Two people should never use the same seat belt. If they do, they could be very
seriously injured in a crash.
4. Do not put any accessories on the seat belts. Devices intended to improve
comfort or reposition the shoulder part of a seat belt can reduce the protective
capability and increase the chance of serious injury in a crash.
5. No one should sit in a seat with an inoperative seat belt or one that does not
appear to be working correctly. Using a seat belt that is not working properly
may not protect the occupant in a crash. Have a dealer check the belt as soon as
possible.

WARNING
Not wearing a seat belt properly increases the chance of a serious injury
or death in a crash, even though your vehicle has airbags.
Be sure you and your passengers always wear seat belts and wear them
properly.

n Treadwear
The treadwear grade is a comparative rating based on the wear rate of the tire
when tested under controlled conditions on a specified government test course. For
example, a tire graded 150 would wear one and one-half (1 1/2) times as well on the
government course as a tire graded 100. The relative performance of tires depends
upon the actual conditions of their use, however, and may depart significantly from
the norm due to variations in driving habits, service practices, and differences in
road characteristics and climate.

n Traction
The traction grades, from highest to lowest, are AA, A, B, and C. Those grades
represent the tire’s ability to stop on wet pavement as measured under controlled
conditions on specified government test surfaces of asphalt and concrete. A tire
marked C may have poor traction performance.
WARNING: The traction grade assigned to this tire is based on straight-ahead
braking traction tests, and does not include acceleration, cornering, hydroplaning,
or peak traction characteristics.
