2. Complete your payment by making a deposit at Standard Bank. Use the information provided on this sample deposit slip to complete a deposit slip
at the bank.

3. Submit a copy of both the actual deposit slip used, and a copy of this sample deposit slip to SAQA.

4. Please ensure that the submission number on the pro-forma invoice is the same as the reference number on the deposit slip.

5. The customer identity number AC85 is the SAQA banking account number.
