- Students are able to use time in the form or generic structure of time correctly
- Students are able to understand the content of time
- Students are able to use the usage of PM and AM correctly
- Students are able to understand the British Time

It is simple strategy of teaching, but practically I am amazed to class management of the teacher that
able to coordinate all students well. Wether the question is not given to all students, the teacher still
can assasse directly one by one. And exactly I do not knows the meaning of the written assessement
of the teacher.
Actually, when I was observing there, the teacher gave us their lesson plan for a year. Including
Prota, Promes, lesson Plan, journals every week, lesson plan of additional class for preparing UN, etc.
And I am very confused, because there are basic competence and indicator to arrange lesson plan.
And in this form there are no those are. What is the different? Is it based on teacher form or
standarides form?

- Students are able to understand Simple Present structure
- Students are able to understand the usage of Present Tense in allotment time of daily
activity
- Students are able to retell the usage of time in their daily life
- Students are able to use time with tenses in the daily activity correctly

Actually, in this section teacher does not give students exercises directly, giving example is not
effective to them. And it will unknown, is the student’s understand well or not about the materials
of the lesson. And I do not know how teacher will assase. This second lesson plan is still with Mr.
Edy’s. And I’m little dissappointed with this section than before. Because it still new guess to observe
there, I don’t know exactly is it his style or he is easy to get angry. Because I thing it is too unsuitable
to implement louder sound to his students, And there was observed by Dina and me when noisy’s
students is crowded. He said “Hey, ngapain kamu? Jangan rame! Kalian ini!” with louder sounds
and bad face. Iit is my big experience, how the patient’s of the teacher is tested and how we solved
problems in classroom manajemen, between students and action in the class.

At the third, we have different teacher. Where she handles VIII’s grade. At that time, we had
listening class. In the language laboratory’s of Maria Fatima is complete and it is helping the teacher
so much. And also it is supported with economical of each student’s family that is up to standarized
capability. They has kown how to use electronical tool as their media, it helps also for saving the
usage of computers because those are not cheap medias. I like the student’s style when it taught by
mam catherine. they are interested with the material and give some critical question. It is caused
mam catherine has good explanation for them in computer based-instruction strategy. Speaks and
explains clearly, is liked by the student’s. It means that the teacher is learn about the student’s
characteristic also.

It is different teacher than the first to third. He is as the teacher’s coordinator of English Language.
The teacher is so friendly. He can communicate with the student’s emotions –making chemistry-.
Classmanagement by him is verry good but not for writing the lesson plan (too general).
