BOARD RESOLUTION no.1 Series 2013

A resolution requesting the Lingig policemen to regulate the operation of internet cafe in the playing
hours of the students.

WHEREAS, the increasing number of students that are cutting classes; and

WHEREAS, based on the failure rate of S.Y. 2012-21013 has increased significantly and promotion
rate has decreased due to students addiction in online games; therefore, be it

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the above mentioned problem addressed through a request
to the policemen to regulate the playing hours of the students; and be it further

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution will be sent to the Lingig Policemen.

BOARD RESOLUTION no.1 Series 2013

A resolution promoting the school dress code to all SSG officers as well as to the other club officers.

WHEREAS, some officers attending thier meetings are not wearing complete uniform;

WHEREAS, based to the observation, some officers are not wearing their proper/complete uniform.

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the officers who are wearing their complete uniform are the
one who will be roaming around the school and they will be the one to give the punishment;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the SSG officers should punish the students or the officers who are not
wearing their proper uniform during school days through school service to 2-3 hours or the students
should give an amount of 50 pesos depending on th times that they violate the rule or the by-laws of
the school.

A resolution requesting for the policemen to regulate the operation of Internet cafe in allowing
students to play computer games during class hours.

WHEREAS, students are not reporting to their respective classrooms;

WHEREAS, based on the daily attendance of the percentage of absences of students are increasing;

WHEREAS, it has been observed that the number of students who has failing grades are increasing;

WHEREAS, during any school program, students are scaping from the campus;

WHEREAS, students are cutting classes just to play computer games;

WHEREAS, students went to the Inernet cafe just to watch pornographic videos;

WHEREAS, the failure rate of absentism of S.Y. 2012-2013 has increased significantly.

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, the SSG officers of Lingig National High School (LNHS) shall make
an action to reduce the percentage of the students who are engaged in computer games;

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the policemen in regulating the operation of Internet
cafe in allowing students to play computer games during class hours;

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, this resolution letter must sent to the policemen to notify the
seek of the students;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the students that had been caught must be given a punishment, to give 1 hour
uprooting grasses in the LNHS oval and must pay 25 pesos serves as penalty.

BOARD RESOLUTION no.1 Series 2013

A resolution imposing policies, sunctions and penalties for those co-curricular officers that doesn’t
wear their complete uniform.

WHEREAS, it has been observed that some officers in different clubs are not following the school
policy particularly in wearing school uniform;

WHEREAS, although the policy on wearing school uniform is not obligatory, it is strongly
recommended for the officers to abide this policy for identity and security.

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, today, July 22, 2013, as the head of all organizations the SSG
officers shall address first this predicament by giving penalty charge to those officers that don’t wear
their complete uniform;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the list of penalties must be submitted to the SSG treasurer for the signing
of clearance at the end of the school year. Moreover, the SSG treasurer must not sign the clearance
unless the violator has complied with his or her penalty.

A resolution requesting the Lingig Policemen Officers to regulate the operation in allowing the
students to play during class hours.

WHEREAS, the studens are not attending their classes to play online games in the internet shops;

WHEREAS, the SSG officers has join force with the Lingig Police Officers in minimizing the number of
the students who are cutting classes;

WHEREAS ,the students having failure grade has increased in number while the promotion rate has
decreased significantly due to students addiction to Defense Of The Ancient (DOTA)

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, that today July 22, 2013 that the playing hours of the students in
the Internet Cafe must be regulated through the implementation of barangay ordinance;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the SSG officers will request the implementation of the barangay
ordinance.

A resolution to be approved: Proper of complete uniform of the SSG officers together with the other
club officers.

WHEREAS, Some officers are observed not wearing the school uniform nor following the rules; and

WHEREAS, according to the implementary rules, as a leader they should maintain the neatness and
cleanliness through wearing complete uniform; to uphold the image of a leader.

RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, that officers who are caught not wearing uniform three times in a
week will receive a punishment and school service

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the officers shall have their meeting to tackle the rules that they should
follow as a leader.
