1. Living Room – is usually found in a residential house used for socializing and receiving
guests. We could see in a Western living room is furniture such as sofa, tables and
lamps/lights, electric fan or air-conditioner. Other houses contain television, computers
and bookshelves in their living room to maximize the space of their house.

2. Dining Room – is a room where you could eat your meals in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It contains rectangular/square/round table and chairs. It is usually beside the kitchen for
easier in serving but bigger house or in the medieval times it is often in a different room
or floor.
3. Kitchen – is an area in the house where you could prepare and cook your food. It contains
cabinets, stoves, refrigerators, ovens and microwaves.

4. Family Room – is a recreation room in a private house. It is designed to be a place for a


family to have their bonding moments and other family activities. It looks like a living
room but more furniture in it.
5. Bathroom - is a room for refreshing and personal hygiene. It generally contains bathtub
or shower, sinks, toilets and sometimes cabinets for towels.

6. Bedroom – is a room used for sleeping and relaxing. It contains beds, lamps, and
drawers. Other bedrooms have coach, closets, and carpets.
