You should say:

Who this person is
How you know this person
What kinds of work this person does
And explain why this person does well

ANSWER

(Who this person is + How you know this person)

Today I’m going to talk about a person who performs well in their work. That
person is footballer Nguyen Quang Hai – a player in the Vietnam national
team who competed in the AFC U23 this year. To be honest, though I had
heard of his name occasionally in the past through sports coverage in the
news, he didn’t really leave much of a deep impression on me. It was only
through the AFC 2018 that Quang Hai became a household name for his
outstanding performance in the tournament.

(What kind of work this person does + why this person does well)

In the AFC U23 2018, he was a midfielder who made front page headlines for
being a good team player and for his successful strikes, especially the one he
made in Vietnam’s match against Uzbekistan in the final.

When Uzbekistan managed to strike 8 minutes into the first half of the match,
many spectators didn’t expect Vietnam to score as it was snowing so heavily.
No goals were scored for the next 30 minutes. Yet, at the end of the first half,
a golden chance came when Vietnam was awarded a direct free kick and of
course, Quang Hai was chosen to be the free kick taker.

At that moment, an immense burden was put on his shoulders, as this could
have been the only chance for Vietnam to score a goal in such unfavourable
weather conditions. Everyone was holding their breath and finally screamed
out in ecstasy when Quang Hai struck – a goal so beautiful that it was likened
to that scored by Messi. Even though in the end, Vietnam didn’t win the cup,
Hai and his teammates proved to be exceptional players, who played fairly,
exerted themselves to the limit and made Vietnam proud.
