Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and IIS and troubleshooting
Ensure Windows Servers and Microsoft applications are operating optimally backed up, correctly
and are properly configured.
Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of all servers in the operations environment
Support end users on complex technical issues including problems related to applications, client co
