Issuance of Transcript

Transcripts can only be issued by the Main Office of NUST. Students must fill out a prescribed application form available online, submit it to the SEECS Info office, and ensure tuition fees are paid up to date. The application will be forwarded within three days and processing time is noted on the form. Fees of Rs. 500-1000 per copy must be paid depending on normal or urgent request, and an extra Rs. 500 is charged for each additional copy.

PROCEDURE FOR ISSUANCE OF TRANSCRIPT

 Transcripts are issued by Main Office NUST only.

 Student to apply on NUST prescribed proforma and submit duly completed in SEECS Info
office (proforma available at
http://nust.edu.pk/Download%20Section/Application%20Final%20for%20Transcript.pdf).

 Tuition fee must be paid upto the month in which the student submits the application.

 Fee for issuance for transcript is as under:-

o Normal Rs. 500/- per copy


o Urgent Rs. 1000/- per copy
o Fee for each extra copy is Rs.500/-.

 Fee be deposited in NUST Account No 01-100-43918 Askari Bank or Account No.


22927000267401, Habib Bank Ltd, Sector H-12 Branch, Islamabad.

 Application will be forwarded in three days to NUST.

 Processing at NUST is mentioned on the application form.

 Transcript will be issued upto the semester whose result has been notified.

 On receipt of transcript from NUST student will be informed for collection.
