Dyeing is one of the most important process in textile sector.The dyeing of


different forms of textile materials requires defferent forms of machinery,since the
method of handling the material to be died varies from form to form.In the early days
dyegng was carried out in simple ways and it is only during the last 60 to 70 years that a
great development in the quality and quantity of dyeing has been achieved.In many of
the cases batch processes of dyeing have been replaced by continuous
processes,thereby increasing the product tremendously.This has beeb achieved to such
an extent that it is not possible to operate these processes economically unless the
production is very large.Some of the dyeing machine developed earlier have become
absoluste.

There is a wide variety of machines used for dyeing processes. As far as dyeing
machines are concerned, the most important aspect tobe considered is the consisting of
the dye distribution of other chemicals that the machine must ensure in the sortest
possible time.

The machines to be used are chosen according to the type of material to be


processed.

 Machines for dyeing staple or yarn (in skins, package or beams)


 Machines for dyeing woven-knitted fabrics or rope knits (the width is not
spread)
 Machines per dyeing open-width fabrics (the fabric is opened and
flattened)
 Machines for dyeing made-up garments.

ABII Series ATM Overflow Dyeing Machine:

Structure Features:

1.L-shaped dual-grade circular nozzle is used in this model. The wrap angle between the
lifting wheel and the fabric is enlarged so as to enhance the lifting strength and decrease
the nozzle pressure, which improves the fabric hand feeling greatly and fundamentally
removes the problem of fabric jam on the nozzle.

2.The innovative fabric-liquid separator can lead the fabric into the plaiter smoothly as
well as separate the dyeing liquid from the fabric before entering into the fabric
accumulator. The separated liquid can be recycled and transmitted to the bottom of the
main body for effective circulation, which contributes to a better dyeing effect.

3.An innovative pip-shaped mesh on the bottom of the dyeing vessel extremely
optimized the environment for fabric moving. This designing makes the fabric moving
more smoothly and the liquor separating more effective, which enhances the dyeing
liquor backflow and achieves a lower liquor ratio.

4.A unique waste collector can effectively collect the foreign matters and impurities

floating in the dyeing liquor and lead them to the overflow pipe for discharge. The
impurities would not contaminate the fabric again and the ringing process is thus more
effective.

ABQ SERIES ENERGY-SAVING ATM AIR-FLOW DYEING MACHINE

ABQ series dyeing machine is designed on the basis of aerodynamics principles.


High-speed air jet is pumped into the nozzle; dyeing liquor is pumped into the nozzle
from another pipeline. The vaporous particle of air jet and dyeing liquor mixture will
realize a homogenous dyeing effect. Compared with the traditional dyeing machine, the
air jet dyeing machines are outstanding in that water is used as the carrier of the

AGBI Series H.T. H.P. Overflow Dyeing Machine

Structure Features:
1 circulation, ideal dyeing effect.
With a maximum speed of 360m/min, fabrics move fast inside the chamber. The liquor

Structure Features:
This model is features as crease marks free. Fabrics are circulating in the liquor at a
natural floating state, which fundamentally stops the crease marks from occurring. It is
thus an ideal choice for sensitive fabrics.

General Information :

NSD series dyeing machine is ATM jet dyeing machine with the designed capacity
ranging from 3 to 700kg and a max. working temperature of 98℃. It is suitable for
dyeing real silk, artificial silk, mercerized cotton, nylon and its blended yarns. This
machine can be used for yarn dyeing, refining, bleaching, ringing and after treatment. It
characterized by short dyeing cycle, low liquor ratio (1:12-15).

Specially designed main pump


Main pump is a critical factor for dyeing machine performance. Based on our abundant
experience in dyeing machine, we designed a special main pump for NSD series dyeing
machine. It’s a low rotation speed pump and its anti-cavitation capability is improved. In
traditional designing, water flow is lower when temperature is high, which may impact
on the dyeing effect. Not only getting rid of this traditional designing flaw, our newly
designed pump also prolonged the service time of the machine. The whole machine is
safe and reliable.
Loading capacity and water flow adjustable, dyeing quality guaranteed.
The loading capacity of NSD series machine can be adjusted. Flow and pressure can be
slightly as required by yarn type, yarn count and quantity so as to reach optimized

Jetting tube is made of 3mm excellent S.S. During dyeing, the yarns are actually floating
ontop of the jetting tubes, the friction between yarns and tubes are thus supper low.

Features
Wide application
This machine can be widely used for the pre and after treatment and dyeing of woolen
