Nestor Stabs # 2116: Stabs are now defined in Nestor output files so they are punched during cutting
Nestor Saving Options # 2464: Shells or styles can now be optionally saved with or without auto
nesting options, making it easier for users to share work with suppliers not using auto nesting systems.
IGES # 2425: All pattern sizes can now be exported in IGES format from Shoemaster. Previously this
was only possible on the model size.
