9.03 : Pattern Engineering Functions

9.03 : Punches

IGES # 2425: All pattern sizes can now be exported in IGES format from Shoemaster. Previously this
was only possible on the model size.

This has been updated to include properties and tree views and now allows manual and automatic nesting
to be used together
