Conciliation proceedings at O/o Dy. Chief Labour Commissioner,

Kindly supply certified copies of following information:-

1. Letter(s) of authority submitted during proceedings of 14 January


2015, till date as per the record on behalf of the respondents
NIACL-GIPSA member insurance companies.
2. Copy of the proceedings in the matter during last one year that
is, Year 2017-18 raised by applicant.
3. Information of provision of law and/or precedent, if any, in the
labour law of India for compensation from workman to the
employer.
The affected applicant seeks information as the NIACL,
aggressively demand compensation from applicant by way of
written letter dated 19 January 2018(annexure*)

by any of the respondents pointed out in application of workman.

It is not stated in any of the two contradictory replies that the


respondent no.1 has himself seen any of the replies.

respondents to take part in conciliation proceedings without any
delegation so that not an empty formality but a meaningful
conciliation is arrived at.
