This allows the Workflow Components (Workflow Notification Mailer, Workflow Deferred Agent Listener, Workflow Java Deferred Agent
Listener, etc) to concentrate on their functional purpose and leave the management of starting, stopping, suspending, continuing,
refreshing, up to their containers, or GSM Services.
Before starting the Workflow Agent Listener or Mailer components you need to make sure that the workflow service containers are
started, and that the GSM is currently running
SOLUTION
1. Sitemap > Generic Services > Status Overview > View All > Generic Service Component Container > select Workflow Agent
Listener Service > Start
Now the components should start according with the start mode that has been set:
- Automatic
- On-Demand
- Manual
