Basic functions of the Machine

(Photocopy)
Check list before using the Photocopy Machine
 Check for the power plugs, and make sure that the
copier’s cord is plugged into the outlet.
 Turning on the power switch (power switch is located
near the power cord of the machine.
 Turning on the LCD panel (push switch button for the
lcd is located under the lcd panel.
 If the machine is already plug and switch on, press
the start button or the energy saver button to
completely use the machine.
 Also check the paper tray and make sure that the
copier has paper in it.
 If you’re having trouble using the photocopy machine
please ask for assistance.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

KEY NOTES
 TYPE YOUR RESPECTIVE PIN or PASSWORD FIRST.
 ALWAYS PRESS THE RESET BUTTON BEFORE or AFTER YOU USE
ANY FUNCTION.
 ALWAYS SHUFFLE THE PAPER BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE
CASSETTE TRAY.

Basic Photocopy Function


1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the function you want to use.
3. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
4. Press start button and wait for the copied documents in the
output tray.

Important note: If you’re having trouble using the


photocopy machine please ask for assistance.
Back to Back Function
1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the function DUPLEX on the screen.
3. Select what DUPLEX FUNCTION you want to use.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button and wait for the copied documents in the
output tray.

ID-Card Function
1. Put the ID/ID’s (front side) on to the platen glass.
2. Select the PROGRAM TAB on the screen.
3. Select the ID-CARD COPY FUNCTION.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button.
6. Turn over the ID/ID’s (back side) and put it on the same place.
7. Press start button.
8. Press finish scan button.
9. Wait for the copy on the output tray.

Zoom Function
(Reduce - A3 to Folio)
1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the PROGRAM TAB on the screen.
3. Select the A3 TO FOLIO FUNCTION.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button.
6. Wait for the copy on the output tray.

photocopy machine please ask for assistance.
Zoom Function
(Reduce - Folio to A4)
1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the PROGRAM TAB on the screen.
3. Select the FOLIO TO A4 FUNCTION.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button.
6. Wait for the copy on the output tray.

Density Function
1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the function DENSITY on the screen.
3. Select what DENSITY FUNCTION (+/-) you will use.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button.
6. Wait for the copy on the output tray.

Combine Function
1. Put the original copy in to the platen glass or in the document
processor.
2. Select the function COMBINE on the screen.
3. Select what COMBINE FUNCTION you will use.
4. Select the number of copy/copies to be produced.
5. Press start button.
6. Wait for the copy on the output tray.
