For Domestic flight, Counter Check-in will be opened 2 hours and closed 45minutes prior to the departure time.
Refund fee - Refund fee before departure: THB 500 for Domestic routes and THB 1,500 for International routes (made 4 hrs before departure). Refund
consideration will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of a ticket class selected during the reservation process. No refund after departure. No partial
refund. In case passenger does not board the aircraft, the reservation cannot be refunded.
Cancellation - In case of cancellation or delays of flights, the company is agree to proceed in accordance with the announcement of Ministry of Transport regarding
“Right of passenger using Thai air transportation service in domestic routes policy” announced on October 6, 2010.

limit the liability of air carriers for death or bodily injury or loss of or damage to baggage, and for delay.
