Assumption:
Assignment is based on assumption of a particular business which is already running
locally but now we are expanding it in all over the world.

Business idea:
The business is manufacturing the leather jackets in Pakistan. But now we expand it all
over the world.

Why Leather Jackets:


It is important to understand that the leather jackets are compulsory to cover the people
from cold. The jackets are important for those people who live in the cold cities. Like Canada,
Australia, Antarctica, ciboria, where the snow are fallen.

Country in which to expand business why:


We selected the country Canada which is cold country. If we talk about fashion and
people in Canada it is started that all the people in Canada wants to wear new fashions jackets.

The country Canada opens the other countries for expanding their businesses. The jackets
are not manufacturing well in Canada because the resources and labors are not good in that
country. Therefore, they import the jackets from other countries to fulfill their needs.

The import duties in Canada are lower than the cost which incurred if they manufactured
in the country. Therefore, they import the jackets from other countries. So we decided to expand
our business in Canada for starting. After some time, getting a great response, we expand over
business to all over the world.

Form of business used to go Multinational:


The form used is exporting as the customers can order online and this method does not involve
much operational facilities in host country. Exporting also minimizes risk as compared to
licensing and FDI.
