Subsequent to the completion of your Annual Performance Appraisal & Compensation Revision
Process 2008, we are constrained not to effect any changes in your India Compensation (TCC) as
part of this appraisal cycle. We will review this decision, subject to market conditions in the
ensuing financial year (s).
However, please note that the India salary components have been restructured and would have a
new component of 'Bonus'. (Refer Annexure A for details)
For any clarification, please do get in touch with your Unit HR Representative.
Note: For Associates where a part of the Compensation is linked to achievement of specified Targets (e.g.
under the Performance Bonus Policy), payout will be subject to receiving a formal sign-off of the targets
(duly approved by the Integrator) and submission to HR within the designated timelines.
