Duties / Responsibilities:
» Project management, project quality assurance & quality control.
» Project planning scheduling and monitoring.
» Monitoring and supervision of structural and finishing works included dry partitions, wood works,
flooring, curtain wall, false ceiling works etc.
» Preparing daily weekly and monthly progress reports.
» Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
» Checking and arranging material and equipment requisitions in accordance to BOQ quantity, technical
specification, quality and cost allowable.
» Preparation and follow-up the material, manpower, equipments required for the planned activity.
» Overseeing the activity duration, manpower, material as per contract specifications drawings and BOQ.
» Checking and monitoring QC procedures and guiding QC engineer at site.
» Conduction of QA / QC testing and measures to ensure quality as per drawings, contract specifications &
BOQ.
» Preparation and submission of procurement plan, method statements, inspection & test plan (ITPs),
quality control procedure (QCP), risk assessment, etc. as required.
» Ensure that the work is being carried out complies with International construction codes & standards,
project BOQ, specifications, COC, work instructions & SOPs.
» Follow up RFIs in time approval in close coordination with client for smooth run of progress
» Preparation, submittal and follow up for material approvals.
» Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during execution of
work.
» Liaising with architects, the engineers, including attending project progress/technical/ co-ordination
regular meetings to keep them informed of progress and other site issues if arises.
» Drawing reviews and discusses with the consultants and designers as per site situations and design
related issues.
» Guides, directs and supervises subordinates to ensure they work to their best potential and contribute
effectively as a team. Works in line with HSE policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules
and regulations by subordinates.
» Direct supervision of project resources (Labor, materials and plant) ensuring optimum performance
within the scheduled program and budget.
» Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the project
execution.
» Monitoring and checking of raised IPCs form QS.
» Proper closing of all punch items and site instruction memos with coordination of client
» Dealing with sub contractors and monitoring of their work.
» Supervision of Pre-mix Asphalt paving road work inside PARCO housing complex.
