Login to DAVIE (Use Single Truck PRS File Download steps) Select Engine System—PMCI-2 Unzip and Install PRS file Select Programming (Use Unzipping and Installing Files steps) Select Calibration Codes Select either Pump Unit Codes or Login to DAVIE Injector Codes Select Engine System—PMCI-2 Select Programming Select the Pump Unit or Injector to Select Program Basic Software change Follow the prompts to program Use on-screen keyboard to enter code 4 digit code for pump Maintain proper battery voltage and DO 6 digit code for injector NOT allow DAVIE to power down or switch vehicle off while programming controllers
Once PMCI-2 has been
programmed, it is required to Verify new code entered is program the EAS-3 correct (in RED) Select Aftertreatment—EAS-3 Once code is verified, Select Programming click the Program button Select Program Basic Software If Program button is not Follow prompts to program selected, the injector or pump will NOT be programmed. Reinitialize the EGR Valve and BPV after performing BOTH controller updates. Always verify programming after completion All information in this document is subject to change. Two types of programmable customer parameters exist; Login to ePortal (DealerNet) The parameters value mentioned below can be Select Service tab changed by using DAVIE in the Programming From Quick Links on the section under Customer Parameters right, select SupportNet A list of additional programmable parameters can be found in the Engine Bulletin E007 and in the From SupportNet Home page, select Engine Support PACCAR MX Programming Guide (located on Select Engine Software Change DealerNet) Fill out all appropriate fields in the Changes to PRS files can be made through change request PACCAR Engine Pro or by request to the Engine document. When completed, click Support Center. Submit Case Cruise control V-max 0-100 mph When request is processed, it will show up as a Cruise V-max 12-105 mph completed case. Cruise offset -5 to 5 mph PTO Conditions V-max PTO 0-50 mph PTO disable 0-19 mph PTO Engine Speed Download the zipped Single Truck PRS File Min PTO speed 0-2000 rpm (You will be able to download the file from SupportNet and Max PTO speed 0-2000 rpm do NOT need to download as a Single Truck PRS File) PTO target 0-1000 rpm Engine Speed Control Park brake override (active/inactive) Fan Clutch Controls Unzip and Install new PRS file Fan activation PTO (enable/disable) (Use Unzipping and Install Files steps) Tire Circumference Program chassis with new PRS file Tire revs per mile 124-671 revs per mile (Use Programming PMCI-2/EAS-3 steps) Note: BOTH controllers MUST be reprogrammed All information in this document is subject to change.
