Epoxy Cast Spouts We have supplied Instruments transformers of various ratings i.e from LTCTs to 33KV to various Electricity Boards DVVNL, UJVNL, JSEB and large Commercial and Industrial establishments viz. Wood Group, Icomm Tele Ltd, RCL, Macedon, etc. We are having running contracts with DVVNL, Arunachal Pradesh for Instrument Transformers upto 132KV. We have all required manufacturing facilities available with us at our works for the manufacture of Current and Potential Transformers upto 132KV class. We have got most modern vacuum drying plant, which has the capacity to dry-out the equipments at a much higher vacuum. We have completely dust proof Winding section to ensure Winding and Insulation Work in controlled atmospheric conditions free from dust etc. All other manufacturing and testing facilities are in line with the modern practices adopted by various leading manufacturers within the country and abroad. Our equipments are working satisfactorily in the grids of various State Electricity Boards and reputed organizations. We have maintained Quality while production of Instrument Transformers. Every time, we will developed a strong clientele by supplying high quality product to varying specifications. Our products are type tested at independent Govt./Recognized laboratories viz. CPRI, ERDA, NTH, Ghaziabad etc as per relevant IS-2705/1992, IS: 3156/1992 and IEC-60044-I/2000-2002 & IEC-60044-2 for Instrument Transformers. We are an Industry Registered with SSI & DIC. WE ALSO DO REPAIRING OF OUTDOOR OIL COOLED CTs / PTs UPTO 33KV ON VERY REASONABLE CHARGES. WE HAVE INHOUSE FACILITY FOR COMPLETE FABRICATION OF CTs / PTs TANKS UPTO 132KV VOLTAGE CLASS. We have recently takeover C&R Panel Company named "M/s Sanneer Electricals Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad. In this company we are manufacturing following products: 1. Control & Relay Panels upto 33KV 2. AC Distribution Board 3. DC Distribution Board 4. Battery Charger 5. Feeder Pillar Distribution Boxes 6. LT Panels Apart from the above products manufacturing, we are also engaged in manufacturing of following products in our another Company named :“M/s Elecrto Power Equipment, Ghaziabad” 1.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at M E E R U T / GHAZIABAD/RAJASTHAN/NASIK/BANGALORE.

2. EXCISE DUTY: NIL

3. SALES TAX: 2% against form ‘C’ for dispatch outside U.P. 14.0% VAT within U.P. If form C is not available, then full rate of
tax will be applicable as per sales tax rules.

4. DELIVERY: The delivery schedule shall be as per your delivery schedule.

5. PAYMENTS: 30% as advance along with order; and balance 70% with full taxes and duties against Performa invoice and
prior to dispatch.

6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.

7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of the items suppliers
mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase in the rates of these items on account of
price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be charged extra to your account.

8. WARRANTEE: Our Products is Guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 month from the date
of dispatch whichever is earlier against manufacturing defects.

9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of control panels shall be carried out at our Principal’s works.

10. Form ’C’ or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not submitted then
difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.

11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.

12. PACKING: The Packing charges shall be extra @ 4%.

13. Painting :- The Rates quoted above are for, All ferrous parts exposed to the atmosphere shall be painted as per IS 5,
shade 631, however since these equipments are meant for Outdoor use, for rust free performance, we suggest Hot dip
galvanizing, charges for which are detailed below:-
For 11 kV: - Rs. 2800/- per unit Extra
