ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Commissioner, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana
Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad has submitted proposal for up-gradation of Primary
Health Centre, Bhupalapally, Warangal District to 100 bedded Area Hospital with an
estimated cost of Rs.26.19 Crores (recurring 2.69 Crores and non-recurring Rs.23.50
Crores) to provide better medical facilities to the public living in and around
Bhoopalapally Town.

2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord


administrative sanction for up-gradation of Primary Health Centre, Bhupalapally,
Warangal District to 100 bedded Area Hospital with an estimated cost of Rs.26.19
Crores (Rupees twenty six crores and nineteen lakhs only) (recurring 2.69 Crores and
non-recurring 23.50 Crores) to provide better medical facilities to the public living in and
around Bhoopalapally Town. The approved breakup of above expenditure is
summarized below:-

1) Staff salaries every year (Recurring) -- Rs.2.69 Crores per year

2) Civil works & Equipment (Non- Recurring) -- Rs.23.50 crores

Total -- Rs.26.19 crores

3. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take


necessary action for up-gradation of Primary Health Centre, Bhupalapally, Warangal
District to 100 bedded Area Hospital with immediate effect. The Commissioner,
Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana shall prepare plans for the Civil Works and
essential equipment required for the Area Hospital in consultation with the Managing
Director, Telangana Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation,
Hyderabad and ensure their implementation. The Commissioner, TVVP., Hyderabad
shall also furnish proposal for re-appropriation of grants as per requirement to Finance
Department.

4. The Commissioner, TVVP., Hyderabad shall also furnish the proposal for
sanctioning of required additional staff for Area Hospital as per the circular Memo
No.16388-A/558/A3/SMPC.I/2013, Dt:17-06-2013 of Finance (SMPC.I) Deptt.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.V) Department vide their
U.O. No.21/A2/EBS-V/15, dated 29-01-2015.

Crores as against the original administrative sanction of Rs.8.24 Crores for the
construction of 100 bedded Hospital at Patancheru, Medak District Orders Issued.

O R D E R:
In the G.O 1 st read above, administrative sanction was accorded for Rs.5.60 Crores
towards Civil Works, subject to meeting the expenditure from the RIDF.
2. Whereas, in the G.O.2 nd read above, revised administrative sanction for an amount
of Rs.8.24 Crores for Civil Works and Rs.0.48 Crores for equipment.
3. Whereas, in the reference 3 rd read above, the Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana
Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad has submitted that the Chief Engineer, APMSIDC
has requested to accord necessary revised administrative sanction for Rs.9.09 Crores
against the original administrative sanction of Rs.8.24 Crores accorded in the
reference 2 nd read above, with price adjustment values for the work construction of
100 bedded Hospital at Patancheru, Medak District with provision of funds. The
Commissioner, TVVP., Hyderabad has requested to issue revised administrative
sanction orders.
4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised
administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.9.09 Crores as against the original
administrative sanction of Rs.8.24 Crores with a net excess of Rs.0.85 crores towards
price adjustment values for the work construction of 100 bedded Hospital at
Patancheru, Medak District.
5. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad and the
Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services & Infrastructure Development
Corporation, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.V) Department vide their
U.O. No.7484/125/A2/EVS.V/14 dated 27-12-2014.
