Sampling method and Data Collection

Objective :- Employee satisfaction surveys provide management with the knowledge


and tools to build positive employee relations and a positive work environment.

Employee attitudes, burnout tendencies, passion factors, loyalty, workplace climate


and competitive intelligence are key indicators for employee retention, satisfaction,
and productivity.Effective businesses focus on creating and reinforcing employee
satisfaction to get the most out of their human capital.

Properly constructed employee satisfaction surveys provide the insights that are
foundational to creating and reinforcing pleasurable work environments. This
questionnaire was designed specifically for the sales department in order to gather
their insights in various company initiatives including HR and compliance.

Data Collection:- The data collection was collected by primary sources, Wherein
their was this questionnaire with the survey to filter out few employees. Over here
employees are being surveyed to determine their satisfaction level and experience
with the organization. Inferential statistics was used by using data collected from a
small group to draw conclusions about a larger group.
Secondary data used was about the age of employees within the organization.

Sampling Method Used :- The questionnaire was designed with the use of simple
random sample method carried out by various sales employees but not by all,
moreover the questionnaire was shared within a specific territory.Simple random
sample is a part of probability samples, Within sample random sample respondents
are selected by using chance or random samples. Each individual is included by equal
chance of being selected.

Scale used :- Their were two scales used within the questionnaire such as nominal
and ordinal scale used.These were the most appropriate scales used within the
questionnaire .For various questions five point semantic differential scale was
converted to a percentage scale to facilitate ease of data presentation.
