Dear Sir,

The B. Tech III year student is required to undergo a Practical Training for 60 days. The
Student has to learn industrial ethics and working so require training. The report is examined
by an external examiner appointed by the University, before whom the student has to present
the matter of the report.

Looking at the importance of Training, I will appreciate if you can kindly take special pains
and permit Mr. Ashwin Dadhich, Bhavy Mehta, Kapil Khatri, Shivshankar Kumawat,
Burhanuddin Bohra student of III Year Electrical Engineering of this institute, for
practical training at your Company/ Organization/ Industry/ Works and kindly arrange the
training under a suitable mentor.
