DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of Motor Vehicle made and executed by and between:
ROSALIE B. FAJARDO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and with residence and postal
address at San Isidro St., Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, hereinafter called as the VENDOR and
RANNIE JAYMA ABREA, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and with residence and postal
address at NHA Phase 1, Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, hereinafter called as the
VENDEE;
W I T N E S S E T H:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a Motor Vehicle and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

Make/ Denomination : Kawasaki/ Tricycle
Engine/Motor No. : BC175AEA87053
Serial/Chassis No. : BC175A-B60598
Year Model : 2007
Plate No. : QF3035

and registered under Certificate of Registration (CR) No. 14011474-1 dated November 29,
2012 and Official Receipt (MVRR) No. 1035454943 dated March 23, 2017;
That for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(P20,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR to his
full satisfaction, the VENDOR do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the
VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, the above-described motor vehicle, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this _________ day of
October, 2017 at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines.
