    OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

    To assess the organizational development at ATLANTIC FABRICS IN KARUR, and


    the employees attitudes towards the organization.

    SECONDARY OBJECTIVE

    To understand the working environment of ATLANTIC FABRICS IN KARUR.


    To assess various attitudes of the employees towards their welfare measures and towards
    the climate of the organization.
    To study the employees opinion towards attitude physical and social structure of the
    organization.
    To know awareness about the concept of organization Development
    To know employees welfare strategies in this company of employees.
    To give suggestions to improve the organization Development measures in the company.
    Ensure continuous development of human Resources.
    To maintain good relationship between the management and workers.
    To find out various Organization developments in ATLANTIC FABRICS IN KARUR
    Facilities provided at the Company.
