The observation table summarizes a listening lesson given to 28 students. The teacher used a video, flashcards, and PowerPoint to teach shapes over 45 minutes. She showed the video about shapes, then asked questions to check understanding. During the lesson, the teacher used flashcards and had students come to the board to draw shapes. After listening, the teacher did a post-activity to check comprehension and learning objectives were met. Students only listened to the video once, and breaking it into parts may have helped understanding.
