Week Three

Journal Week Three

Sunday
The lesson Plan was cited and discussed with MST.
MST advised me to change template of the lesson plan, and add new part such as
evaluation part, differentiation part in order to be similar to the school lesson plan.
One of the students has bullied by grade five students in the snack time.
I and my MST told grade one student about how to protect ourselves when we
bullied, where to go, who can help me?
Students draw and write how to stop bullying in the class.

Monday
My MST told me that the lessons went well, and I came up with creative ideas to
implement it in the lessons.
I increased the number of teaching classes during the week.
I set with Arabic and Islamic teacher in order to gain various strategies to teach
students.
Increase the number of teaching classes gave me extra opportunity and it gave me
extra chance to change, practice, and come up with creative ideas to teach students.

Tuesday
- In the duty time, I discussed with MST the tools she used to assess with students
because there is no test or quiz in the school.
- She talked the students work as evidence, and sees the progress day by day.
- The assessment is continues until the students finish the unit.
- If the students finish the unit they make a portfolio, or project and then the teacher
use a criteria to evaluate the work.

Wednesday
- I discussed with MST about the following week plan.

- One of the parents complains about their kid level in the reading, and put the blame
on the MST. After that, MST showed all of the evidence showed the progress of the
kid.
