Read and understand section 6.1 - 6.14.

On yellow pad, answer the following :

1. Write the mechanism of the reaction between t-butyl bromide and hydroxide ion, -OH.

2. Write the mechanism of the reaction between propyl chloride and hydroxide ion, -OH.
