FORMAL OFFER OF EXHIBITS

Plaintiff, through counsel, respectfully submits


the following comments to defendants formal offer
of exhibits, to wit:

1. The existence of Exhibit 1 and 1-A is


admitted but with reservation as to the purpose for
which it is offered.
2. Exhibit 2 is objected to as its
genuineness and due execution has not been duly
proved. Moreover, it has not been properly
identified.
3. Exhibit 3 is objected to as its
genuineness and due execution has not been duly
proved. Moreover, it has not been properly
identified.
4. The existence of Exhibit 4 and 4-A is
admitted but the purpose for which it is offered
denied for being irrelevant to the case.

5. Exhibit 5 is objected to as its
genuineness and due execution has not been duly
proved. Moreover, it has not been properly
identified.

PRAYER

Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed of the


Honorable Court to exclude the aforementioned
exhibits from the records of the case.

Plaintiff likewise prays for other relief just


and equitable.
