applicablelawsinthecourseofoperatingamotorvehicle.

RecordsoftheseticketsaremaintainedbyDMVawaitingfinaloutcome(officiallytitled
disposition:i.e.guilty,notguilty,dismissed,etc.)oftheticketfromthevariouscourtsinNYS.

AllticketingfiledataoriginateswithvariouslawenforcementagenciesacrossNYS.Ticketingdatais
senttoDMVineitherpaperorelectronicformandisrecordedandstoredinDMVscentralfacility
inAlbany.

LimitationsofDataUse
