The author began their practice days for the semester at Alhanan Kindergarten on October 2nd. They met with the practicum coordinator Ms. Asma who informed them of the rules and introduced them to the school staff. The author was paired with English teacher Ms. Muneera, who welcomed the author to observe her classes for two periods. In the first week, the author observed story time techniques from another teacher and collected curriculum plans from their mentor teacher to prepare for their practice.

Journal one

2 of October 2017 was my first day in practice days for this semester. I choose

Alhanan Kindergarten for the second time. I arrived at 7:30am and in this semester

Marwa and Fatema will be in the same school. We met Ms.Asma the coonidetor of

the practicum. She sits with us to tell us the rules and with who we will practice.

She was kind and nice to us also she took us to the school team. I was with

Ms.Muneera and she is an English teacher for KG2 students. She welcomed me to

the students. She has two classes to move between the first and second period. So,

that I moved with her for two classes in my first week. But, I entered with her just

for two times and one time she was absent I entered to my friend Marwas class.

She was with Ms.Muna and I observed the story time with her and I learned from

her some techniques she used for story time. In my first week I collected the

curriculum and the weekly plan from my MST. In general I like the environment of

the school and how the school welcomed us.
