The tentative list of qualifiers will be announced at the beginning of each quarter (pre FLC) however final
list will be announced after post FLC results.
The performance will be evaluated basis previous 4 rolling calendar quarters.
For each status update, only current inforce policies and PC will be taken into consideration.
The concerned manager must fulfill the qualification criteria during the qualification period to be eligible.
There is a one month free-look period before the declaration of qualifiers under each category.

All Aviva Champs Club members are eligible for an upgrade to the higher level every quarter basis the
number of points earned.
Results will be announced each quarter and the previous rolling 4 quarters performance will be considered
as qualification period.
Upgrades are effective immediately from the quarter of announcement. Your benefits will also be upgraded
as per your new league membership.

Downgrades will be done as per the timelines defined in the above grid and if at the time of evaluation,
sourcing manager has not met the required qualification criteria of the same slab.
Downgrade for Platinum and Diamond Club Membership will be effective only one year after month of
qualification.
Downgrade for the Silver and Gold Club membership will happen after 6 months of qualification.
POINTS TO NOTE

This program is applicable to all the confirmed and probation sourcing managers of Agency Channel
including all designations ASM/ SM/ SSM/ DBM-S/ BM-S/ MP.

The Evaluation will be based on the achievement in the previous 4 rolling quarters

The points table mentioned details the points which a sourcing manager can earn on a monthly basis
on the given parameters

The points on ACL entry/upgrade qualification will be given on a quarterly basis only.

There is a maximum cap of 100 points under each parameter which a manager can earn in a month

Champions Convention will be held twice in a year and final dates will be communicated subsequently.

In case the sourcing manager qualifies for Champions Convention under Aviva Champs Club and Sales
award, he/she will be eligible to be a part of only one convention
POINTS TO NOTE

The differentiated Incentive will be defined in the Incentive structure defined on quarterly basis and is
subject to change as per management discretion.

The business will be considered on Issuance basis for the defined period irrespective of date of login.

Benefits cannot be claimed as cash in any scenario.

The rewards are inclusive of taxes as per the current tax laws. In case there is a change in tax laws same
will be adjusted in reward amount.

The company reserves the right to insert, alter or withdraw any clause of the program or program itself
without prior notice. In such an event post facto notification would be sent to levels at or above branch
managers from Agency Engagement Team.

ANI Quick NAL is the second For every FPA getting ANI Quick NAL,

ANI FAB 50 is the third level For every FPA getting ANI FAB 50,
ANI FAB 50 recognition slab in Aviva New Idols the sourcing manager will earn 20
for the 0+2 month performance Points

ANI Centurion is the final level


A sourcing manager will earn 30

points per FPA getting ANI centurion
for the 0+3 month performance
