Task 4

The teacher plans lessons weekly as part of a team of English teachers. They meet on Mondays to plan and also discuss daily during lunch or after student dismissal. Lessons are not always followed as planned if something unexpected occurs. When planning, the teacher focuses on ensuring students understand the intended outcomes. Lessons are tailored to each class's different academic levels rather than using the same plan for all students. The teacher has arranged to attend a planning session on October 23rd.
