1. What do you like best about this course?

2. What would you like to change about the course?

3. What are the instructor's strengths?

4. What suggestions do you have to improve the instructor's teaching?

5. Approximately how many class meetings have you attended so far?

This is a modified version of an example teaching evaluation provided to instructors at Vanderbilt. These
could be given to students at the middle and end of the semester. This allows the instructor to make
changes or general improvements mid-semester to better meet the students needs. Another option for
teaching evaluations would be the online survey through iPeer.
