Major projects
1. OEE improvement of KMT-UVA Grinding machine from 65% to 89% in three months by
reducing performance loss, breakdown loss and changeover loss. This resulted in better
productivity and delivery.
2. In-house production of automatic filter pressing machine which resulted in the saving of
personal cost, responsible for DAP, capability study and commissioning.
3. Implementation of Pull and levelling (Lean Manufacturing) in three sub-value streams dock to
dock with STL and e-Kanban.
4. Pull and Levelling, FIFO and e-Kanban in heat treatment shop.
5. Type reduction of a certain component by elimination of one type of design, which lead to
standardized design, responsible for trial order, trials, result compilation, feedback from the
customer end.

B Tech (2007-11) in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Jammu
with 8.14 CGPA on a 10 Point scale, equivalent to 81.4%
12th from Army School Kaluchak (CBSE) with 80.8%
