Conducting techno-commercial negotiations with vendors, ensuring timely & cost effective
delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

Setting up the weekly, monthly procurement plan.


Procurement of raw material from the vendors
Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in
cost saving.
Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation,
contract negotiations.
Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which
cause production and financial losses
Effective management of vendor database

Negotiations with vendors for the best price, term & condition and support after the purchase to
meet allocated budget.

Drafting the purchase order in ERP and take approval of concerned department & individual till
the finalization of our Purchase order.
Responsible for Setting up the terms and Conditions with new vendors/Manufacturers.
To search, identify & add new reliable vendors with ability to meet specification requirements,
delivery needs and price competitiveness.
Register the product in system after getting the quote from vendor as SKU.
Constantly being in touch with Channel Managers and Account Managers of various
organizations like Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Sony, LG, CISCO, Microsoft etc.
Responsible for purchase order creation, issuance and acknowledgement from vendor.
Process vendor rejected order and product by searching alternative part or vendor.
Amends the Purchase order as per the requirement.
Follow up with the suppliers in order to ensure accurate and on timely inward in warehouse
Responsible for expedite production from supplier end in case of extreme urgency.

Coordinate with various Logistics Service Providers (Freight, Transport, Agents)
Coordinate with returns team of snapdeal in case of return stock.
