PATH PROFILING DOCUMENTATION FROM AKLAN TO MASBATE

INTRODUCTION
Aklan to Masbate link is one of the challenging project due to the large body of water
between these two provinces. A proper placement of base station and relays are important to
keep their reliability as near as 99.999999%. The path is not only watery but also has many
obstructions such as mountain ranges. Island hopping of relays were done to meet the required
maximum hop distance of 30km.
